Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Entry into the prize draw is free.
2. Only one entry per climber per session.
3. The weekly competition closes every Sunday at close of business from 30th July until 3rd September 2023. Entries received after this date and time will not be considered.
4. The prize draw is not open to employees of Clip ‘n Climb, their immediate family, or any person or company associated with the draw.
5. No responsibility will be taken by Clip ‘n Climb for entries which for technical or other reasons are not entered correctly or are lost. Incomplete entries will not qualify for the competition.
6. The prizes have been outlined above.
7. Winners will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries. Clip ‘n Climb’s decision is final. Correspondence will not be entered into.
8. Winners will be announced on our Facebook page.
9. The overall winner must claim the prize by 30th September 2023.
10. If the overall winner does not claim the main prize by the 30th September 2023, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another entrant or to re-offer the prize in a future draw.
11. Prizes are non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives, with one exception. If the winner of the six week summer pass already has a summer pass, a refund will be issued. Clip ‘n Climb reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time.
12. The overall winner of the A3 framed, illustrated family portrait will be required to send pictures of their family members, together and separate, and a few fun facts about the individuals for the Beano comic illustrator to work from. Do note, as this prize is bespoke, from receipt of the winner’s photographs please allow 12 weeks for the prize to be delivered.
13. Winners must be willing to participate in publicity if required.
14. All entrants to the competition will be deemed to have accepted the rules.
15. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the draw or the prize due to any circumstance that arises beyond our control.
16. The prize draw is subject to the laws of England Wales and Ireland.
