Terms & Conditions

1. Entry into the competition is free.
2. Only one entry per person is allowed.
3. The competition closes at midnight on 12th April 2026. Entries received after this date and time will not be considered.
4. The competition is not open to employees of Clip ‘n Climb, their immediate family, or any person or company associated with the competition.
5. No responsibility will be taken by Clip ‘n Climb for entries that, for technical or other reasons, are not entered correctly or are lost. Incomplete entries will not qualify for the competition.
6. The winners will be announced by 18th April 2026.
7. The winner must claim their prize by 18th May 2026.
8. If the winner does not claim their prize by 18th May 2026, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another entrant or to re-offer the prize in a future competition.
9. Prizes are non-refundable, and there are no cash alternatives. Clip ‘n Climb reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time.
10. By entering the competition, you are giving Clip ‘n Climb permission to share your child’s entry, name, and age via Clip ‘n Climb’s marketing channels.
11. All entrants to the competition will be deemed to have accepted the rules.
12. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter, or amend the competition due to any circumstance beyond our control.
13. The competition is subject to the laws of England, Wales, and Ireland.
