If you’re 18 or over, looking to try something new, improve your overall fitness level and meet new people at the same time, then our new Climb Fit sessions are just for you!
With no climbing experience necessary, our Climb Fit sessions will help to improve your core strength, whilst toning your arms and legs, working muscles you never knew you had, and giving you a cardio workout as you push and pull your way up the brightly coloured climbing challenges. Intermittent floor exercises have been built into the training sessions, helping condition your muscles and build your stamina each week.
Each session is instructor-led and consists of:
With over 25 different climbing challenges and the option to make each climb more difficult as you progress each week, you’ll be having too much fun to realise you’re exercising!
Sessions are once a week, on the same day and time each week with a block booking running for 6 weeks. If you’d rather pay as you go, please contact your local participating centre directly who will be able to advise if this is possible as it will be dependent upon numbers.
