Terms and Conditions

1. Vouchers can solely be used for the Clip ‘n Climb centre from where it was purchased.
2. Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
3. Vouchers are not redeemable against party bookings, gift vouchers or memberships.
4. Only one gift voucher can be used per booking.
5. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.
6. Email vouchers shall be sent free of charge to the email address provided at point of purchase.
7. Climbs must be pre-booked. Vouchers can be redeemed by phone or via our online booking system.
8. Vouchers are non-refundable.
9. Monetary vouchers can be used for part or full payment.
10. No change will be given, but the balance can be used for future climbs.
11. If the climbing session cost or purchase exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid in full by credit or debit card at the point of booking.
12. Clip ‘n Climb does not guarantee that spaces will be available on any particular day/session. Spaces are only secured once a climbing session has been booked, so it is recommended that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
13. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
14. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded on request.
15. In the unlikely event that a climbing session needs to be cancelled by Clip ‘n Climb, a new gift voucher shall be issued and shall be valid for a further 12 months.
16. In the event that a climbing session is cancelled by a voucher holder, no refund shall be given.
