All customers should book in advance, via our website.  We can fill up rapidly, so please ensure you have reserved your space before attending in order to avoid disappointment.

There is no need to buy a ticket if you are simply spectating.

Please wear comfortable clothing and trainers.

Open toed shoes, flip flops, boots, crocs, climbing shoes or heels are not permitted in the climbing arena.

Long hair must be tied back and all loose jewellery, hats or hooded tops must be removed prior to climbing for safety reasons. we also recommend not wearing a skirt or dress if climbing.

No, equipment is provided by us and there are no additional hire fees for this.

Typically all centres offer a 90 Minutes session which includes a 30-minute safety briefing and harness fitting, followed by 55 minutes in the arena and 5 mins to debrief and remove your harnesses. Please check with your local centre to confirm the details as this may be different.
