1. Book Ahead and Arrive Early

Sessions fill up quickly, so it’s best to book online in advance. Plan to arrive 10 minutes before your session to check in, ensuring you’re on time for your safety briefing.

2. Dress for Success

Wear comfortable, flexible clothing that allows for easy movement. Trainers are best but definitely no sandals, high heels or flip-flops! Long hair should be tied back, and any loose jewellery should be removed for safety.

3. Know the Challenges

The centre features 22 challenges with varying difficulty levels for each climb, plus the thrilling Vertical Drop Slide and the nerve-testing Stairway to Heaven. First-timers should start with beginner-friendly challenges and routes to gain their skill and confidence before trying the more advanced options.

4. Bring the Whole Family

• Mini Mountaineer Sessions are perfect for kids aged 2–4.
• Mini Mountaineer+ Sessions allow toddlers to climb alongside older siblings.

5. Spectators Can Relax Too

Not climbing? The mezzanine South Ridge Café is the perfect spot to watch the action. Enjoy a coffee, snack or home-made pizza while cheering on your climbers with a bird’s-eye view of the arena.

6. Maximize Your Fun

Pay close attention to the safety briefing, if you’d like to assist in the arena but don’t want to climb, you’ll need to attend a safety briefing which takes place before every session. Every climb is designed to be safe and fun, but knowing your limits is key to a great experience.
