Clip ‘n Climb is for everyone

Our standard climbing sessions are great for anyone aged 4 and up, with mini mountaineer sessions also available for 2 to 4 year olds. Each challenge offers a variety of routes to the top, so climbers can choose the level of difficulty to suit their ability, and can change it mid climb, perfect for beginners and seasoned climbers alike!

It’s a safe, yet thrilling activity

Our number one priority is the safety of our visitors and staff, that’s why we invented the BelayMate, an innovative and fool-proof safety mechanism that provides 100% safety for climbers when connected to an Auto Belay and allows them to climb alone, giving kids especially a sense of freedom!

A safety briefing is carried out before each session where all climbers are shown how to use the BelayMate, and our friendly team are on hand in the climbing arena to help if needed.

There are different ways to purchase our vouchers:

Our electronic vouchers are free and delivered in an instant. Simply order online and we’ll deliver them directly to the lucky recipient’s inbox with your personalised message.
Prefer a physical voucher? No problem, select a card design at one of our premier centres and our friendly team will be more than happy to help you.

They’re super flexible

Not sure which climbing experience they’d prefer? No problem! You can simply choose the amount you wish to spend, and they can decide how to use it. They’re valid for 12 months from date of purchase too, so they’ll have plenty of opportunity to use it. And as vouchers can be used as full or part payment for climbing sessions, in our South Ridge Café and in our shop, any remaining balance is left of the voucher to be used at their next visit, within the 12 month validity period.

Terms and Conditions

Vouchers can solely be used for the Clip ‘n Climb centre from where it was purchased.
Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
Vouchers are not redeemable against party bookings, gift vouchers or memberships.
Only one gift voucher can be used per booking.
Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.
Email vouchers shall be sent free of charge to the email address provided at point of purchase.
Climbs must be pre-booked. Vouchers can be redeemed by phone or via our online booking system.
Vouchers are non-refundable.
Monetary vouchers can be used for part or full payment.
No change will be given, but the balance can be used for future climbs.
If the climbing session cost or purchase exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid in full by credit or debit card at the point of booking.
Clip ‘n Climb does not guarantee that spaces will be available on any particular day/session. Spaces are only secured once a climbing session has been booked, so it is recommended that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded on request.
In the unlikely event that a climbing session needs to be cancelled by Clip ‘n Climb, a new gift voucher shall be issued and shall be valid for a further 12 months.
In the event that a climbing session is cancelled by a voucher holder, no refund shall be given.

		Quite a cool place to climb for adults and looks awesome for kids too also has smallish softplay. Auto belay and plenty of top ropes and lead climbs to go on, bouldering was average but good. Nice clean place and quite big so plenty of space for people to chill and let the climbers and kids burn off energy. Staff were nice also. Gets 5 stars because its kids area was really good tbh. 		Amazing place to go with the kids and very well priced too, would highly recommend! We came all the way from West Cornwall and will definitely be visiting again soon. The staff are brilliant with the children which is always a bonus!
